The artist's family tree going back five generations.

The text in calligraphy at the top (Hebrew) and at the bottom (English translation) is from Ta'anit 5 and basically says that all saplings of a tree should be just as the parent tree in all his/her characteristics -- refreshing shade, bountiful sparkling waters, and delicious fruit in order to take a break from one's journey [... through Life ...]
